P. 447: Under the second bullet, remove the sentence: Administration of acetaminophen or other appropriate antipyretic also should be considered at the time of immunization and every 4 hours for the ensuing 24 hours. Replace with: Advice should be provided about fever and fever control (see Antipyretic Prophylaxis, p 440).
