P. 355: Under the heading "Vaccine Efficacy," after the first paragraph, add During the 1999-2000 influenza season, there were three companies manufacturing influenza vaccine. Two vaccines were licensed for use in children 6 months of age and older, and the other was licensed only for children 4 years of age and older.
