Page 796: Under the heading "Assessment of immunization status," the parentheses in item 6 should read (see Precautions and Contraindications, p 45).

Assessment of immunization status

  1.  Health care professionals review the immunization and health status of patients at every encounter to determine which vaccines are indicated (see Fig 1.1, p 24).

  2.  Health care professionals assess for and follow only medically accepted contraindications (see Precautions and Contraindications, p 45).
